Role Overview - Travel Sales Consultant

We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Sales Consultants to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about travel, love creating dream itineraries, and thrive in a sales-driven environment — we’d love to have you onboard!

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer travel needs and recommend tailored international travel packages.

• Sell packages to short-haul destinations as well as long-haul (Europe).

• Deliver excellent post-sale service and build long-term client relationships.

• Stay updated with global travel trends, visa processes, pricing, and seasonal offerings.

• Customize itineraries based on budget, preferences, and travel style.

• Coordinate with operations and backend teams for smooth execution of bookings.

• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 6 months – 1 year in international holiday package sales (B2C/B2B).

• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for travel are encouraged to apply.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.

• Strong knowledge or interest in international destinations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passionate, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
