Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in New Delhi. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for designing and managing customized travel itineraries, booking travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transfers, and sightseeing), and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, making reservations, handling travel inquiries, and providing real-time support and expert advice.

Qualifications

• Skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating Travel Itineraries
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
