As a Travel Consultant at a Fast Growing Tour & Travel company located in Ghatkopar, Mumbai, your role will involve managing travel arrangements, consulting clients on travel options, providing excellent customer service, and handling reservations. Your daily tasks will include coordinating travel plans, ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients, and addressing any travel-related queries or issues. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific travel needs and preferences. - Provide personalized travel advice and recommendations. - Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise. - Create detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. - Research and recommend suitable destinations, accommodations, and transportation options. - Coordinate with various service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements. - Utilise travel booking systems to efficiently book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services. - Issue tickets and travel documents to clients. - Monitor and manage travel budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness. - Assist clients with visa applications and documentation processes. - Stay updated on visa requirements and immigration regulations. - Provide post-travel support, including handling claims, refunds, and feedback. - Analyse travel data to identify trends and improve future services. - Keep abreast of industry trends, travel destinations, and regulations. - Attend industry events and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills. **Qualifications:** - Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills. - Experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations. - Excellent Customer Service skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools. - Relevant experience in the travel industry is a plus.,
