Job Description

As an Operations Executive at our travel company specializing in leisure and corporate travel, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of travel services and optimizing operational processes. Your role will involve coordinating travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, managing detailed travel itineraries, liaising with suppliers, assisting with travel documentation, conducting quality checks, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with travel regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and book travel arrangements for leisure and corporate clients, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities. - Ensure all bookings align with client preferences and travel policies. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance before, during, and after travel. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. - Create and manage detailed travel itineraries, including schedules, reservations, and contact information for clients. - Continuously update and adapt itineraries based on client feedback and changes in travel plans. - Liaise with airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and other suppliers to confirm reservations and ensure a seamless travel experience. - Negotiate favorable rates and terms with suppliers to maximize cost savings. - Assist clients with visa applications, passport renewals, and other travel-related documentation. - Ensure all travelers have the necessary documents for international trips. - Conduct quality checks on travel bookings to minimize errors and discrepancies. - Address any issues promptly to maintain high service standards. - Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, such as booking volumes, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. - Identify opportunities for improvement based on data analysis. - Stay up-to-date with travel regulations, safety guidelines, and industry trends to ensure compliance. Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Degree in Travel and Tourism is a must. - Total work experience of 1 year is preferred, but freshers can also apply. Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and requires working in person at our company location.,
