As a Travel Consultant at Masaco Global located in Changassery, Kottayam, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized travel services to our clients. By offering personalized travel recommendations and advice, you will assist clients in making informed decisions. Additionally, you will be responsible for booking travel arrangements, making necessary adjustments when required, and nurturing client relationships by delivering top-tier customer service. To thrive in this role, you should stay abreast of industry trends, travel regulations, and supplier information. Meeting and surpassing sales targets and revenue goals will be essential aspects of your performance. You must possess at least 2 years of experience in the travel industry, with a preference for prior experience in a travel consulting capacity. A robust understanding of travel destinations, suppliers, and industry regulations is necessary, along with exceptional communication and customer service skills. Your ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, adhere to deadlines, and proficiency in travel software and technology, particularly GDS systems, are crucial requirements. While a high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is advantageous.
