Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Leisure Ticketing Executive to manage ticket bookings and reservations for leisure travel clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in using global distribution systems (GDS), knowledge of travel industry regulations, and the ability to provide seamless travel arrangements, including flight, hotel, and other travel-related bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of leisure ticketing and reservations, including flights, hotels and tour packages.
• Use GDS platforms (such as Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for fare quoting, seat reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance and cancellations.
• Provide clients with travel options and advice, including destinations, routes, schedules and costs.
• Ensure compliance with travel policies, visa requirements, and international travel regulations.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications.
• Stay updated on airline policies, fare changes and promotional offers.
• Support the sales team in promoting travel deals and up selling services (e.g., insurance, car rentals, transfers).
• Work closely with suppliers, airlines and internal departments to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel ticketing, preferably in the leisure segment.
• Proficiency in at least one GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
• Strong knowledge of airline fare rules, ticketing processes and international destinations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of visa requirements and travel insurance is a plus.
• Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality or a related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
