Job Description: Leisure Sales & Business Development Manager Location: Chenganassery Branch Department: Sales & Business Development Reports To: Managing Director About the Role: We seek a target-driven Leisure Sales & Business Development Professional to expand our domestic (Kerala/India) and international (Middle East, Europe, SEA) holiday package business. You will acquire new clients, nurture partnerships, and position our brand as a leader in curated experiential travel. Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Growth & Revenue Generation Achieve and acquire new leisure sales (50% domestic, 50% international). Focus on high-margin products: Domestic: Luxury houseboats, Ayurveda wellness retreats, monsoon tourism International: Dubai honeymoon packages, European group tours, Bali adventure trips Cross-sell ancillary services (visa assistance, travel insurance, forex). 2. Market Expansion Identify and onboardB2B partners: Local: Hotels, activity providers (e.g., Kathakali centers in Kochi) International: DMCs, airlines (e.g., Emirates/SQ tie-ups for ME routes) Develop corporate tie-ups for MICE travel (e.g., Cochin/Kochi-based IT firms) . 3. Customer Experience Design tailored itineraries based on client demographics (families, millennials, seniors). Resolve pre/post-travel complaints within limited TAT.(24/7 support for international clients). 4. Digital & Offline Marketing Leverage social media (Instagram/WhatsApp) to showcase "*Kerala Hidden Gems "* campaigns. Conduct travel webinars for NRI communities in GCC.
