Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant/ Sr. Travel Consultant, located in Noida. The Travel Consultant/ Sr. Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel advice, managing travel arrangements, handling customer service inquiries, and making reservations. The role involves assisting clients in planning and booking their travel needs while ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and managing Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service and Reservations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of travel industry software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is preferred
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
