Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Travel Consultant- MICE, based in Noida. The Sr. Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, coordinating with clients, handling travel reservations, and delivering top-notch customer service. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, planning and booking travel itineraries, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for MICE groups.

• Skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field
