Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Pune. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting with clients on travel needs, creating detailed itineraries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves making reservations, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in Travel Arrangements and creating detailed itineraries
• Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in making Reservations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred
