Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Pune. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning and coordinating travel arrangements for clients, managing travel schedules, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include making reservations, offering travel advice, and ensuring that clients have a seamless travel experience. The role requires thorough attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple travel itineraries simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Experience in Customer Service and handling client inquiries
• Proficiency in Reservations and travel booking systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with travel industry regulations and standards is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
