Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Chennai. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for daily travel consulting, managing travel arrangements, and handling customer service. This individual will also be responsible for making reservations, assisting clients with travel plans, and ensuring a seamless travel experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of travel booking systems and software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, or related field preferred
