About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant (FIT – International Tours) who can handle customized international tour planning, itinerary creation, client coordination, and booking management. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international FIT enquiries and provide customized holiday packages.
• Plan detailed itineraries, hotel options, sightseeing, transfers, and travel routes.
• Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs, hotels, and ticketing teams for pricing and bookings.
• Prepare quotations, costings, and travel proposals for clients.
• Manage client communication, understand requirements, and provide professional travel guidance.
• Handle booking confirmations, vouchers, invoicing, and documentation.
• Maintain strong knowledge of international destinations, visa procedures, and travel trends.
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide post-booking support including amendments, cancellations, and customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years experience in International FIT tour handling.
• Strong knowledge of Europe, Middle East, Asia, USA, and other popular destinations.
• Ability to prepare customized international itineraries independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo) is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and supplier coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and target-driven.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Tourism / Travel Management.
• Experience working with travel agencies or tour operators.
• Good knowledge of visa requirements for major destinations.

Salary: As per experience & industry standardsEmployment Type: Full-time
