Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Kolhapur. The Travel Consultant will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as assisting clients with travel arrangements, managing reservations, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves creating and tailoring travel plans to meet client preferences and ensuring seamless travel experiences through effective coordination and travel management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and coordinating Travel Arrangements
• Customer Service expertise with a focus on delivering client satisfaction
• Proficiency in managing Reservations and booking systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team setting
• Knowledge of travel software or systems is a plus
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
