Travel Consultant

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with professional fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Tamil and Hindi is preferred.
• 0–2 year of experience in hospitality or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for travel and customer service are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of daily inbound calls (approximately 50 per day) with professionalism and courtesy.
• Respond to customer inquiries with a polite, solution-oriented approach.
• Actively listen to understand customer needs and provide accurate, personalized travel recommendations.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all communications and transaction records.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through clear and consistent communication.
• Confidently share detailed information about our holiday homes and related services.
• Manage and nurture leads (Social media and CRM ) effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximizing conversion opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns within established timelines and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with team members, demonstrating a willingness to learn and contribute positively to the team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,529.91 - ₹30,500.57 per month
