Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in Thane. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, offering expert travel advice, and handling reservations. The day-to-day tasks include consulting clients about their travel needs, providing tailored travel solutions, and ensuring a seamless booking process. The consultant should be adept at customer service and resolving any travel-related concerns.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience with Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of travel software and booking systems is a plus
• Previous experience in the travel industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial
