Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Malappuram. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their travel needs, managing travel arrangements, making reservations, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves daily interaction with clients to offer personalized travel solutions, ensuring seamless booking and travel experiences.

Qualifications

• Skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience in making Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with travel booking software and tools
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field
