Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements, including reservations and bookings, providing travel management services, and offering personalized travel consulting. The role requires extensive customer service to ensure clients have a seamless travel experience.

Qualifications

Proficient in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
Strong Customer Service skills and experience in handling client reservations
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
