Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team at Aertrip in Ghitorni. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and booking systems, with excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with planning, booking, and managing domestic and international travel itineraries.
• Provide travel advice on destinations, routes, accommodations, and modes of transport.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, reissuance, refunds, and modifications.
• Stay updated with travel regulations, visa processes, and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
• Upsell and cross-sell travel products to maximize revenue.
• Resolve customer queries and ensure smooth travel experiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in the travel industry.
• Proficiency in GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international ticketing, hotels, and holiday packages.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings.
• Graduate degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
