We’re looking for a Travel Desk Executive to manage all travel-related activities — from booking tickets and hotels to supporting employee travel needs and handling urgent travel requirements efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees, including flight, train, hotel, visa, and local transport bookings.
• Coordinate with employees and department heads to understand and fulfill travel requirements.
• Ensure all bookings comply with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
• Provide timely support for urgent or last-minute travel requests, including re-bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes.
• Liaise with external vendors, travel agents, airlines, hotels, and transport services to ensure reliable and cost-effective travel solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of travel bookings, approvals, invoices, and expenses.
• Prepare regular reports on travel costs and trends for management review.
• Support employees throughout their travel — from pre-departure assistance to post-travel documentation.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate with min 6 months of Exp in similar role.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
