Travel Executive / Travel Advisor

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Prepare customized domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, visa assistance, tours, and transport arrangements.
• Manage travel bookings through GDS / B2B portals / OTA platforms.
• Provide detailed travel information, including visa guidelines, currency details, travel insurance, and destination-specific tips.
• Maintain client relationships and provide post-booking services such as schedule updates, rescheduling, and cancellations.
• Stay updated on new travel destinations, regulations, and offers from airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals.
• Handle customer queries and resolve any travel-related concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline. Diploma / Certification in Travel & Tourism is a plus.
• Good command over English, Hindi, and Gujarati language.
• Basic knowledge of GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) and online B2B travel portals is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
