We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Travel Executive / Travel Advisor to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach. You will be responsible for assisting clients in planning, organizing, and booking their domestic and international travel itineraries. (We offer Free Training to Freshers) Responsibilities Interact with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences. Prepare customized domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, visa assistance, tours, and transport arrangements. Manage travel bookings through GDS / B2B portals / OTA platforms. Provide detailed travel information, including visa guidelines, currency details, travel insurance, and destination-specific tips. Maintain client relationships and provide post-booking services such as schedule updates, rescheduling, and cancellations. Stay updated on new travel destinations, regulations, and offers from airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals. Handle customer queries and resolve any travel-related concerns promptly. Qualifications Graduate in any discipline. Diploma / Certification in Travel & Tourism is a plus. Good command over English, Hindi, and Gujarati language. Basic knowledge of GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre) and online B2B travel portals is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure. Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
