Transportation Manager

Role Overview: As the Transport In-charge/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the transportation operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the transport department. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain the documents of all buses. - Complete and maintain accurate records. - Ensure to be available to receive phone calls from drivers at any hour of the day. - Address transportation-related complaints from students, parents, staff, and drivers, and resolve issues efficiently. - Manage all databases related to transportation activities. - Inspect the condition of buses regularly and report for necessary actions. - Responsible for the periodic maintenance of all buses and coordinate major repairs as needed. - Report directly to the Director of Administration. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as logistics, supply chain management, business, or transport management.
