Transport Supervisor

As a Transport Supervisor at United World Academy (UWA), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe transport of students at the Sarjapur campus. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitor the condition of all transport vehicles and ensure regular maintenance to uphold safety standards. - Manage and track fuel usage to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. - Plan, oversee, and adjust school-bus routes to ensure timely and safe transport for students. - Ensure strict compliance with all safety measures and school transport policies to prioritize student well-being. - Coordinate effectively with drivers, attendants, school administration, and parents to maintain smooth operations and address any concerns. - Generate reports on vehicle usage, route performance, and safety incidents as needed to improve transport services. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 4+ years of experience in transport operations, with a preference for the school environment. - Strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders. - Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in school transport management.
