Job Title: Tranport Modeller Company Name: GCC Job Description: Major Urban & Infrastructure Projects We are seeking a skilled Traffic / Transport Modeller with proven experience on major urban and infrastructure projects to join a growing team working on high-profile infrastructure and development projects across the region. Contribute to strategic modelling for major public and private sector developments Work alongside industry experts across transport planning, infrastructure, and urban design Join a well-regarded consultancy with a strong pipeline of regional projects Responsibilities Developing and calibrating strategic transport models using PTV Visum, CUBE and EMME Supporting transport studies, traffic impact assessments and transport master plans Analysing outputs and providing clear, data-driven recommendations Coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and liaising with clients and authorities Preparing high-quality technical reports and presentations Key Competencies / Skills / Qualifications A minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant post-graduate professional experience. Demonstrable experience in transport modelling, preferential to have experience on projects within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and KSA. Proficiency in PTV Visum (essential) Added value if you have experience in Cube, EMME and Vissim Degree in transport planning, civil engineering, or a related field Strong analytical and communication skills Deep understanding of transport model development, modelling principles, transportation planning, public transport, transit-oriented development, and urban planning policies. Ability to present transport modelling outputs to authorities and stakeholders Experience providing junction analyses to support traffic impact assessments. Competence in programming software such as Power BI, VB and Python. Capable of working with limited supervision. Able to prepare of transport modelling reports, technical notes, and reports.
