Job Description

JD Transport Executive (Noida)

Handling day-to-day transport operation - This includes monitoring vehicle tracking for pick-up and drop management, resolving customer queries, vehicle and driver compliance/ preparing MIS reports, and routing Helpdesk management.
Good communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi.
Responsible for ensuring that the norms defined for vehicle and driver compliance are fully adhered by the service provider.
Service-oriented outlook.
Proficient in computer applications, especially having basic Excel skills.
Ready to work in rotational shifts.
Having good geographical knowledge about Bangalore

Candidate Requirements:

Communication skills should be good in both English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of computers.
Employee interaction both walking and on-call queries.
Candidates would be deployed in any location of HCL in Noida.
Candidates would be flexible to work in rotational shift 24*7.
Relevant Experience in Industry will be preferred.
