Job Description

Transport Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Oversight:
Oversee daily employee transport operations across multiple locations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
Vendor & Contract Management:
Manage transport vendors, including contract negotiation and ensuring adherence to Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
Route Optimization:
Plan and optimize transport routes to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of employees.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure full compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company transport policies.
Fleet Performance Monitoring:
Monitor vehicle performance, track fuel usage, and manage maintenance schedules to ensure fleet reliability.
Issue Resolution & Feedback:
Handle employee feedback, complaints, and effectively resolve any transport-related issues.
System Implementation:
Implement and manage transport management systems (TMS) and GPS tracking solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and present comprehensive reports on transport performance and detailed cost analysis to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Coordinate effectively with HR and Admin departments regarding shift schedules and specific transport requirements.
Audits & Standards:
Lead internal and external audits to ensure strict adherence to safety and operational standards within the transport function.
