Company Name: Colliers International India Pvt Ltd Website :www.colliers.com Designation: Transport Executive (On Payroll of Colliers) Nature of Site: Leading Banking Firm Job Location : Malad East Job Role: Routing as per the company requirement. Vehicle deployment with proper optimization and without any discrepancy within the allotted routes. Ensuring deployed routes on time arrival in login Maintaining record for weekly/Monthly Ad-hoc drop/Pick up data. Checking mails thoroughly and replying to the request received from the employees. Arrangement of individual login and logout if necessary. Informing line managers & Transport committee in case of any delay in login/logout and incidents occurred. If possible route them in regular departure if u find at that time (As per the company norms). Checking the vehicle compliance documents with proper validity. Cancelling the Invalid trip and saving money to client. Quarterly organizing Transport Meeting to Travel Vendors as well as drivers. Generating Necessary Reports for smooth operation.
