Company Name: Colliers India Pvt Ltd Website :www.colliers.com Position: Facility Executive - Technical Job Location: Gift City- Gandhinagar Role & responsibilities : Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Ensure all facilities are maintained to meet safety and operational standards. Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs. In-depth knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS etc.) and technical maintenance practices. Should have good understanding on business development process including site survey, calculations of CAM, cost proposals, RFP submission documents. Should have hands on experience and knowledge on M&E operation and maintenance. Should be a good team player to handle a big size in house as well as vendors team. In addition to the above-mentioned duties and job functions, any other assignments given by Management, within the purview of the contract.
