Job Description

As a Transport Manager at JLL, you'll play a crucial role in shaping a brighter way for the clients and fellow employees through efficient logistics management. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and optimizing transportation operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve: - Developing and implementing transportation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs - Managing and coordinating the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations - Analyzing transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Negotiating contracts with carriers and vendors to secure optimal rates and services - Overseeing fleet management, including maintenance schedules and vehicle replacement planning - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align transportation needs with overall business objectives - Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all transportation activities Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation management or logistics - Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in transportation management systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration - Professional certifications such as CSCMP or APICS - Experience with international shipping and customs procedures - Knowledge of sustainability practices in transportation and logistics - Familiarity with real estate or facilities management industries - Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced analytics software - Multilingual capabilities,
