Job Description

  • Analyse current state:
  • Deeply understand existing processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather and define requirements :
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and data analysis to capture both explicit and implicit needs for the transition.
  • Develop transition plans:
  • Design roadmap and actionable steps for the transition, considering feasibility, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration:
  • Bridge the gap between different departments and stakeholders, aligning expectations and ensuring transparent communication throughout the transition.
  • Manage change:
  • Develop and implement effective change management strategies to minimize disruption and maximize user adoption.
  • Document and monitor progress:
  • Clearly document requirements, processes, and decisions, while tracking progress and ensuring adherence to plans.
  • Troubleshoot and problem-solve:
  • Proactively identify and address challenges arising during the transition, finding creative solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Stay updated :
    1. Continuously research and learn about best practices in transition management, adopting new methodologies and tools to drive effectiveness.

Background:

  • Education:
  • Graduates Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 1-1.5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role, preferably in transition projects
  • Technical:
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN, Six Sigma).
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Functional:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Change management experience is highly desirable
  • Behavioural/Soft Skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
