Transition - Managed Services support

As a Director of Transitions and Transformation Projects, your role will involve overseeing program management in Managed service support, with a focus on Transition (80%) and Transformation (20%) projects. You will need to leverage your 15+ years of IT project management experience to successfully manage mid/large scale migration projects in both on-premises and cloud-based environments. Your technical expertise should encompass a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with process transformation tools and IT service management frameworks such as ITIL. Key Responsibilities: - Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align project roadmap and deliverables. - Transition Management: Develop Transition plans, run meetings, drive engagement governance, and ensure proactive risk assessment and mitigation. - Transformation: Identify opportunities to transform processes using best-in-class tools. - Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end IT migration projects from planning to closure. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) preferred. - Experience in managing projects in a global, multi-cultural environment. - Lean / Six Sigma certification is a plus.,
