Understand and articulate Frost Sullivan s unique value proposition and pitch solutions within the Growth Pipeline Engine framework. Engage Global and Key clients to secure interviews for Frost Sullivan leaders with their CEOs, Presidents, and MDs. Build and maintain strong client relationships with C-level executives across existing and new accounts. Identify and influence key decision-makers at multiple levels within client organizations. Develop relationship maps for prospective customers, driving deeper and broader engagement. Understand business challenges clients face and drive targeted, information-based campaigns to position Frost Sullivan s solutions. Collaborate with advisory and analytics teams to maintain a continuous 30/ 60 / 90-day pipeline. Leverage CRM to accurately document client activities, track progress, and ensure transparency. Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth within assigned accounts. Handle inbound and outbound opportunities, supporting the full sales cycle including qualification, client meetings, needs assessment, presentations/proposals, and closure.
