Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Understand and articulate Frost Sullivan s unique value proposition and pitch solutions within the Growth Pipeline Engine framework.
  • Engage Global and Key clients to secure interviews for Frost Sullivan leaders with their CEOs, Presidents, and MDs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with C-level executives across existing and new accounts.
  • Identify and influence key decision-makers at multiple levels within client organizations.
  • Develop relationship maps for prospective customers, driving deeper and broader engagement.
  • Understand business challenges clients face and drive targeted, information-based campaigns to position Frost Sullivan s solutions.
  • Collaborate with advisory and analytics teams to maintain a continuous 30/ 60 / 90-day pipeline.
  • Leverage CRM to accurately document client activities, track progress, and ensure transparency.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth within assigned accounts.
  • Handle inbound and outbound opportunities, supporting the full sales cycle including qualification, client meetings, needs assessment, presentations/proposals, and closure.
Qualifications
  • Experience selling professional services, with a great track record of success in new business development relationship management
  • Bachelors degree required. Masters Degree preferred
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong CRM discipline, the ability to accurately maintain and forecast 30 -60- 90 pipeline
  • Ability to meet and exceed given targets
  • Strong global cross-business teaming skills
  • Ability to foster connections between and among diverse sets of clients or contacts
  • Interest in working at the intersection of human intelligence, digital intelligence, and AI-enabled tools to enhance client engagement.
  • Experience in relationship building to increase account penetration
  • Previous experience gathering business relevant information and generating client interest with a telesales and social media approach
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and information in a professional business environment
  • Expertise in lead generation, through social media and other sources
  • Previous experience with outbound, fact-finding, and introductory business-to-business (B2B) calls as well as effectively communicating with clients and prospective clients via email. (Hunter mentality bullet point)
