Job Description

**Role Overview:** As a Finance Transformation Project Manager at CMA CGM, you will play a crucial role in the large-scale transformation program aimed at revolutionizing the Finance function. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a portfolio of deployment or optimization projects for SAP solutions. In addition, you will actively contribute to defining and implementing the short, medium, and long-term ambition and strategy of the Finance Projects & Processes department. Your role will involve coordinating various teams, ensuring project progress, and harmonizing practices across Group entities. Your expertise in project management and finance functions will be key in successfully delivering projects and optimizing finance processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Ambition & Strategy of the Domain:** - Actively participate in discussions regarding the vision and evolution of the domain. - Ensure harmonization of practices across Group entities following the core model approach. - Define and align roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders. - Propose improvements to optimize the finance function in alignment with applications and processes. - **Project Management:** - Lead and monitor project progress in terms of planning, deliverables, resources, budget, and quality. - Synchronize with other finance domains for successful project completion. - Coordinate business teams, project management assistance, and IT teams involved in the project. - Assist in defining resource and technical skill plans, preparing tender processes, and providing cost estimates. - Organize, prepare, and coordinate project stages from requirement gathering to go-live to ensure the solution meets specifications. - Prepare and lead project and steering committee meetings. **Qualifications Required:** - A Master's degree (Bac +5) from a business school, engineering school, or a higher degree in Accounting and Finance. - Minimum 2 years of project management experience, preferably in ERP Finance solutions implementation, particularly SAP. - Strong knowledge of Corporate Finance functions and processes, especially international accounting, along with a good understanding of information systems. - Proficiency in project management techniques and team coordination. - Ability to balance strategic topics and operational tasks effectively. - Excellent listening and communication skills. - Experience working in an international environment with offshore teams. - Knowledge of SAP FI ECC version, S/4 public or private, will be advantageous. - Fluency in both written and spoken French and English is required.
