Description
As a Transfer Pricing Manager at Autodesk, you will be responsible for managing the Global Transfer Pricing Documentation and Compliance, ensuring timely completion and meeting contemporaneous documentation requirements in each country. Your role will involve monitoring changes in global transfer pricing regulations, providing input into future planning opportunities, and supporting the development of Autodesk's global transfer pricing policies. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Autodesks Global Transfer Pricing Documentation and Compliance, including the Master File, Local Files, Transfer Pricing Reports, Transfer Pricing forms, and CbCR notifications - Monitor changes in global transfer pricing regulations and assess their impact on the company's compliance framework - Provide input into future planning opportunities involving transfer pricing and the Companys operating profile - Support the development and implementation of Autodesks global transfer pricing policies - Perform functional analysis interviews and draft functional analyses - Coordinate with the business, accounting, and regional tax teams to collect and validate data for documentation - Review benchmarking and economic analyses for intercompany transactions - Undertake process improvement and standardization/automation of transfer pricing documentation - Support internal stakeholders on documentation requirements - Provide audit support for transfer pricing issues and prepare responses - Support transfer pricing related to M&A activities Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field - 5-8 years of transfer pricing experience, preferably in a multinational software or technology company or a Big Four firm - Solid understanding of the US transfer pricing regulations, the OECD Guidelines, and the BEPS Action Plans - Experience with transfer pricing documentation and compliance across multiple jurisdictions - Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and project management skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally About Autodesk: Autodesk is a company that takes pride in its culture, guiding the way employees work and treat each other.
