Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Reviewing benchmarking analysis and finalising the comparable companies
Compiling of TP documentation including functional analysis & economic search for comparable etc.;
Assisting in preparation and filing of TP forms i.e. Form 3CEB, Master File, Country by country reporting etc.
Assisting the seniors in the advisory services
Assisting seniors in representing before the TPO, Commissioner (Appeals), DRP as well as the Tribunal
Assisting in drafting submissions for transfer pricing assessments, appeals, penalty, show cause, and other income-tax proceedings.
Coordinating with Seniors on the planning and management of the assignments.
Assisting managers in providing timely and high-quality services
Well versed with the Indian Transfer Pricing Regulations
Preparing service fee proposals to be submitted to clients

Preferred candidate profile

Strong analytical and research abilities while benchmarking comparable companies
Organized and well-structured at work with high commitment levels
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication skills; both oral and written
Ability and confidence to interact with clients in India and overseas
Ownership and responsibility of clients/tasks assigned
Overall a pleasing personality

Qualification:

CA
Minimum 2-3 years of experience
