Hydraulic Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop

  hydraulic systems for MEWPs

  in compliance with

  EN280

  standards
• Work on

  open & closed loop proportional hydraulics

• Sizing & selection

  of hydraulic components pumps, valves, cylinders, filters, hoses
• Hydraulic hose & pipeline routing using

  UG NX 7.5

  ; exposure to

  PLM Teamcenter

• Apply

  GD&T

  principles in hydraulic system design
• Collaborate with

  Vehicle Engineering, Competency Groups, T&D, and Global Research teams

• Support

  prototype build, hydraulic installation approval & application sign-off

• Review

  test data

  , identify risks, and support design validation
• Ensure understanding of

  manufacturing processes and quality checks

• Convert

  concept designs into production-ready designs

  within defined constraints
• Prepare and release

  engineering documentation

  and product improvements into

  PLM

• Ensure CAD designs comply with

  CADET standards

• Coordinate with

  Design Centers

  for CAD & drawing delegation
• Present technical concepts and design reviews confidently

Desired Profile

• 79 years

  of experience in

  Earthmoving / Off-Road / Heavy Equipment

  industry
• Working knowledge of

  UG NX & Teamcenter
