Job Title: Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack)

Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer with 1.6 to 2.5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and solid knowledge of SQL databases. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.This is an excellent opportunity for a developer looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment while working on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces with React.js, including state management (e.g., Redux or Context API).
• Develop server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and middleware using Node.js and Express.js.
• Manage databases, including MongoDB for NoSQL operations and SQL (e.g., MySQL/PostgreSQL) for relational data modeling, queries, and integrations.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while performing unit testing and debugging.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Participate in code reviews, agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprints), and continuous improvement processes.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.

• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong knowledge of MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js (including hooks, components, and routing), Node.js.
• Good understanding of SQL databases (e.g., writing queries, joins, schema design with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with RESTful API development and consumption.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Nice to Have:
• Knowledge of state management tools (Redux, Zustand).
• Understanding of frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
