Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Daily monitoring and forecasting of cash positions across all bank accounts

Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly cash flow forecasts

Managing CC/OD, term loans, buyers credit, bill discounting

Monitoring interest cost, limits, utilization, covenants

Monitoring receivables, collections, and overdue exposure

Supporting short-term funding decisions

Tracking fund requirements vs availability

Ensuring adequate liquidity for operations, payroll, statutory payments, and capex

Optimizing idle funds through short-term investments / sweeps

End-to-end control of vendor, employee, statutory, and intercompany payments

Managing payment runs, authorization controls, and cut-off discipline

Liaison with banks for RTGS/NEFT/IMPS/FX/LC/BG transactions

Resolution of banking issues, reversals, failed transactions
