Job Description

Job Title: Lead Account Management (U.S. Tax & R&D Credits)

Experience: 56 Years

Job Summary

The role is responsible for supporting U.S. tax compliance, R&D tax credit calculations, deferred tax computations, and book-to-tax reconciliations in accordance with U.S. tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and apply R&D tax credit rules and eligibility criteria
Identify and calculate qualified research expenses (QREs)
Assist in preparation of R&D tax credit calculations
Support U.S. federal tax compliance and tax return preparation
Prepare deferred tax calculations and support tax provision activities
Perform book-to-tax reconciliations (Schedule M-1 / M-3)
Support preparation of U.S. tax package
Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. tax regulations
Maintain documentation and support audit requirements

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
56 years of experience in U.S. tax or corporate taxation
Basic to intermediate knowledge of R&D tax credits
Understanding of U.S. tax regulations and compliance
Experience with deferred taxes and book-to-tax reconciliations
Good Excel skills

Good communication skills
