Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as Director of Engineering and Computer Science at Jaipur National University in Jaipur, India. The Director will oversee the management and development of the engineering and computer science departments, including hiring and supervising faculty and staff members, designing and evaluating academic programs, and facilitating research and development.

Having proven record of teaching and academic excellence. Ph.D. in the respective domain from a reputed University/ Institution, Publications in reputed indexed journals and experience of guiding Ph.D. Students.

Qualification, Experience and Salary as per Regulatory norms.

Qualifications

• A doctoral or master's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in teaching, research, and/or management in higher education, with a focus on engineering or computer science
• Experience with curriculum design and program evaluation
• Experience with faculty and staff management, including hiring, supervision, and professional development
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with university stakeholders, including students, faculty, staff, and administration
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively
