Training Systems Analyst I

You will be responsible for entering data, running and creating reports, and quality checking data for errors before and after entry to ensure accuracy. Your role will involve keeping sensitive customer or company information confidential. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist LMS and PCA Administrators when needed. - Maintain and update e-Learning training content in the LMS. - Assist in user acceptance testing of new content/software. - Use spreadsheets to upload training data into the Learning Management System. - Navigate different screens to maintain accurate data within LMS. - Process class credit and scores for classes within the LMS. - Run standard training reports in software as required. - Input curricula in the LMS for Worldwide departments. - Create and schedule reports. **Qualifications:** **Required:** - Higher Education Degree (BS or Masters) in education, business, or IS. - 2+ years LMS or Training experience required. **Desired:** - Background in corporate training or records control. - 2+ years Systems Management Experience. **Additional Company Details:** Oceaneering India Center has been an integral part of Oceaneering's global operations since 2003, catering to diverse business needs such as oil and gas field infrastructure, subsea robotics, and automated material handling & logistics.
