TRAINING PROFESSIONALS - HOME LOAN, SALES

Role Overview: As a Seasoned HL Trainer or Home Loan Expert at Ambak, you will play a crucial role in scaling and building India's smartest home loan distribution network. You will be responsible for enabling end-to-end training and handholding for business performance metrics, driving impactful skill development for the sales teams, coordinating with the content team to produce engaging product and process content, launching and scaling city-specific training rollouts, and using performance data to enhance the training playbook. Additionally, you will work closely with function heads across Sales, Ops, Product, and HR to ensure the success of the training programs. Key Responsibilities: - Enable end-to-end training and handholding for business performance metrics - Drive impactful skill development for the sales teams - Co-ordinate with the content team to produce engaging product and process content - Launch and scale city-specific training rollouts - Use performance data to enhance the training playbook - Work closely with function heads across Sales, Ops, Product, and HR Qualifications Required: - Strong domain knowledge in Home Loans / HL Distribution - Passion for coaching, simplifying, and storytelling - Comfort in running both classroom and on-ground formats - Experience in training is preferred but not mandatory Additional Details: Ambak is a fast-growing, VC-backed fintech startup based in Gurgaon, with a mission to simplify credit access and make homeownership a reality for millions in India.
