Training & Placement Officer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Placement Officer with prior experience in placement operations to lead our placement initiatives. The role requires frequent travel within Kerala and occasional travel across India to build industry and academic connections, while also training students to become interview-ready through career-focused sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, industry partners, and alumni to secure placement opportunities.
• Conduct company visits and follow-up calls to establish tie-ups, MoUs, internships, and placement opportunities.
• Visit colleges across Kerala to establish MoUs, conduct career sessions, and organize workshops.
• Organize and manage campus recruitment drives, job fairs, hackathons, industrial visits (IVs), bootcamps, and other placement-related events.
• Train and mentor students to be interview-ready through sessions on resume building, LinkedIn profile creation, communication skills, personality development, mock interviews, and group discussions.
• Collaborate with academic teams to ensure student skills align with industry requirements.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of placement statistics, job opportunities, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/HR/Marketing preferred).
• Prior experience in placements, HR, or corporate relations.
• Strong communication, training, and networking skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Kerala and occasionally outside.
• Energetic, proactive, and passionate about student success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,447.02 - ₹34,595.26 per month
