Training and Placement Coordinator and Counsellor Engineering College

Training Program Planning

Design and implement training programs in accordance with academic calendar
Collaborate with faculty and administrative departments to support student orientation, academic workshops, and career readiness initiatives
Manage training logistics including budget, scheduling, and resource planning
Organizing campus drives by scheduling the events as per the semester and exams calendar
Regular monitoring of the assessments conducted
Preparing templets for collecting students data as per requirements

Student Counselling

Provide academic guidance and career counselling to diverse student group
Conduct student development sessions focused on well-being, academic performance and holistic development
Motivating academically poor students to perform well by taking extra care in providing specific trainings

Learning and Development Initiatives

Analyze learning data to identify trends and improve student support strategies
Support faculty development programs and contribute to curriculum enhancement

Qualifications

Experience in academic training, advising, or student development
Familiarity with student engagement techniques, LMS platforms
Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills
Experience in training and placement activities for Engineering Institutions
