Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Training Officer-Production (Mechanical/Automobile) to join our team at Capital Placement Services. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for production teams.
Conduct regular assessments to evaluate trainee progress and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
Design and deliver customized training sessions to meet specific business requirements.
Monitor and report on training effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
Provide coaching and mentoring to support team development.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Training Officer or similar role in production.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and automobile systems and processes.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to design and deliver engaging and effective training programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
