Electrical Maintenance Incharge

Role & responsibilities

1. Experience in Maintenance of Engine Assembly lines, Paint Booth, Eddy current dynameter testing beds, M/C Shop equipments like Washing Fanuc ROBOT, Grinding, Honing, Press Machines and different SPM’s, Assembly Lines indexing /Slat conveyors, D.C. Tools, Shut-off Guns, Number Marking m/c, Sealant Robot, servo press, KITO hoist, Paint booth painting kitchen, conveyor, HVAC, Testing eddy current dyno, smoke meter, blowby meter, CCU, FCU, Lenze servo etc.

2. Proven experience in Assembly ROBOT, COBOT. Vision Camera, Servo Press, LVDT, BLDS servo motors, AC permanent magnet motors etc

(e.g., Mitsubishi (R, FX-SERIES) Siemens (s7-200, 300) Allen-Bradley(AB-1000).

HMI and SCADA

6. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, technical specifications, and engineering drawings, bar code scanner interfacing.

7. Configure and program PLCs, HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.

8. Addition advantage if have experience in MES system, protocol types and online diagnosis skill from remote.

9. Have unrestricted knowledge & understanding Electronics/Electrical Hardware Trouble shooting/Debugging knowledge for electrical circuit, drawing for CNC, Washing M/Cs SPM and GPM machines

10.Improve machine uptime by conducting & reviewing maintenance loss analysis, conducting root cause analysis of major losses. Preparing & reviewing an action plan of actionable points to minimize the losses due to machine breakdowns Capable to analysis root cause of critical breakdown & for planning, execution of maintenance activities

11.Plan for effective and efficient resource & manpower allocation and utilization for carrying out various activities of preventive maintenance. And ensure proper documentation for PM, BD activities like visit report, check sheet and indent of spare parts.

12.Providing technical training to the team members for ensuring optimum performance

13.Wide experience required in energy saving, cost saving, MTTR reduction, MTBF improvement and low-cost automations base innovative project independently

14.Have to knowledge about different latest technology sensors like wireless temperature sensors, colour sensing, wi-fi sensors, hall sensors etc

15.Planning & monitoring for critical spares of critical machines of plant

16.TPM PM Pillar KPI & KAI parameters monthly data calculation & presentation like BD Time, BD Occurrences, MTTR, MTBF, Major/ Minor Breakdowns, Repetitive Breakdowns etc.

17.Engagement of shift manpower in respective lines for trouble free operation of line machines.

18.Electrical issues troubleshooting, implementing preventative maintenance, and working with the MES to optimize production processes and ensure data accuracy.

19.Have able to identify supervisor, GET’s and first line technician training needs and inhouse training module.
