Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Training Officer/Assistant Training - Quality(Mechanical/Automobile) with 4 to 9 years of experience to join our team in Gurugram and Manesar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and automobile subjects, with excellent training and mentoring skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Train students in Automotive Manufacturing technology as per syllabus.
Guide students and connect with them effectively.
Provide industrial updates and knowledge about shop-floor practices.
Develop and implement effective training programs.
Mentor and guide students to achieve their goals.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of training plans.

Job Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field.
Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Automobile subjects.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to connect with students and guide them effectively.
Positive body language and appearance.
Fluency in Hindi is necessary.
Competent trainer to train young minds.
Effective listening and communication skills.
Mentoring and guiding capabilities.
B.E or Diploma qualification.
Experience in the manufacturing industry, specifically in production or quality control roles.
Knowledge of automobile manufacturing processes and procedures.
Familiarity with quality control measures and techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
