About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Training Manager for the Banca Channel. The role involves designing, delivering, and monitoring training programs to enhance the performance of front-line sales teams and partners. Candidates with a sales background in Life Insurance, especially with team-handling exposure, who are keen to move into Training will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct induction, functional, and refresher training programs for banca partners and sales teams.
Drive learning interventions aligned with business goals and performance improvement.
Support sales managers and front-line teams through on-field coaching and capability building.
Collaborate with regional and cluster heads to identify training needs and design solutions.
Track effectiveness of training programs through performance metrics and feedback.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company training guidelines.

Requirements

4 – 7 years of experience in Life Insurance (Sales / Training).
Prior experience in banca channel preferred.
Strong team-handling / people management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Candidates from sales background (with team handling) aspiring to move into Training will also be considered.
